Completely unprofessional. Walked in, checked in and selected a stylist that had done a good job on prior visit. Wait time was 0 minutes. She finished up a client and cleaner her area. 10 minutes. Then told me she had a meeting in the back and could i wait for 15 minutes. Sure, no problem. 30 minutes later... nothing. So sitting there for almost 40-45 minutes on a wait time that said 0 minutes when I arrived. Several guests walked in after me and were serviced. Walked out. Im on my lunch hour nobody got time for this. Would like to be paid for MY time. Will not return to this location unless compensated with free haircut. Aint about the money its the principle.
